The versatility of ZOTEK^® T offers huge potential for weight reduction in a wide range of interiors applications, such as insulation and gap fillers – replacing packed fibrous materials – floor panels, instrument panels, soft touch trim etc.

ZOTEK^® T boasts low VOCs, low fogging, high- and low-temperature resistance and chemical resistance, while its closed cell nature prevents the absorption of fluids and the potential for associated degradation. Its rebound/cushioning characteristics contribute to a smoother ride, with reduced noise, vibration and harshness (NVH).

Process versatility

ZOTEK^® T is made in a unique process that expands foams using the physics of temperature and pressure rather than a chemical reagent. The result is materials that boast peerless purity, along with consistent cell size and density. Unconstrained expansion ensures they are isotropic – key to successful downstream processing of elastomeric materials. Formed into complex shapes by temperature, pressure or vacuum, ZOTEK^® T materials will not shrink or deform after processing. In use, the consistent cell size and structure of ZOTEK^® T ensures it regains its original shape repeatedly and reliably after compression or elongation.
