T-FIT® advanced pipework insulation technology launches T-FIT Process at AchemAsia 2019
T-FIT®, a Zotefoams plc business, will be launching the latest product, T-FIT Process, from its advanced insulation technology range designed for high temperature processing environments at this year’s AchemAsia, the international technical and scientific exhibition for the Asian market, in Shanghai, China.
T-FIT is a unique, modular technical pipework insulation system purposely designed for highly controlled production environments. Visitors to booth G71 will have the opportunity to discover the performance credentials of T-FIT Process as it launches at AchemAsia 2019.
Manufactured from heat-resistant nylon ZOTEK® NB50, the nylon polymer foam has been developed specifically for a variety of process areas demanding heat tolerant insulation, including steam lines, food processes, and chemical applications. Its closed cell, cross-linked structure enables the foam to outperform other types of insulation due to its consistent high temperature performance.
T-FIT Process’ slimline formation permits quick and easy installation and maintenance, adaptable to the demands of complex pipe runs. The system integrates with ease, reducing labour costs, downtime and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and is supplied with integral aluminium cladding, offering high levels of physical protection.
The T-FIT range also includes T-FIT Clean, the pipework insulation of choice for cleanrooms worldwide, and T-FIT Hygiene, a safe, sanitary and simple insulation system specifically designed for aseptic areas. Manufactured using parent company Zotefoams’ unique process, the T-FIT range offers a combination of unrivalled properties enabling the reduction of cross-contamination risk, energy consumption and overall installation and facility running costs.
T-FIT’s Commercial Manager, Mike Rust, will be presenting the benefits of T-FIT Process, compared to traditional insulation, in the ‘New Products and Services’ showcase forum on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 at 12pm, in Hall 7.1, Forum A.
