The business has promoted Fabrice Lacroix to sales director, EMEA, and appointed Jason Ross as sales director, North America. The appointments mark a significant step in Zotefoams’ growth plans as it sharpens its focus on customer engagement – backed by the recent flurry of senior appointments and continued recruitment drive in the US in particular – regional leadership and long-term market development.
Fabrice has been with Zotefoams for more than 20 years and brings deep knowledge of the business, its customers and its markets to the role. During that time, he has held a series of commercial positions across the organisation and played an important role in developing T-FIT® and Zotefoams’ aviation presence in Europe. He takes on EMEA leadership at a point when Zotefoams sees significant opportunity across the region, supported by a broader product portfolio, the recent OKC acquisition, and a growing customer pipeline.
Over in the States, Jason joins Zotefoams with more than two decades of experience in speciality polymers and technical materials, having held senior roles at international businesses serving sectors including aerospace, medical and semiconductor. He takes on the role as Zotefoams sharpens its commercial focus in the region and places greater emphasis on customer proximity, market development and alignment with customer needs.
The appointments also reflect a wider shift in how Zotefoams is aligning its commercial structure to growth opportunities in-market, with North America identified as a strategically important growth market and Europe seen as a strong base for the business.
They follow a series of recent moves to strengthen regional customer support, including the rollout of its Global Approved Partner Programme across Europe, North America and Asia. The initiative provides a structured framework for working with select fabricators, distributors and specialist partners across Europe, North America and Asia. It is designed to strengthen service delivery across markets and applications, giving customers a clear and reliable route to partners that meet Zotefoams stringent technical and commercial standards.
