Zotefoams materials for battery packs

ZOTEK® T

Lightweight closed cell, crosslinked foams have excellent compression properties and superb resilience after multiple compression cycles. ZOTEK T foams have a wide operating temperature range and are easily thermoformed.

ECOZOTE® PP

Sustainable lightweight foams are recyclable and include grades tested to UL94HF-1. ECOZOTE PP foams are low density with good compression properties that allow cells to expand and contract when charging without damaging the batteries.

AZOTE®​ XTRA

Premium durable foam-adhesive-fabric composite barrier material designed specifically for battery applications. AZOTE®​ XTRA provides a thermal and flame barrier tested for over 1 minute at 1000°C.
