We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Flextech, Inc. as an Approved Fabricator for North America under our flagship Global Approved Partner Program.
The appointment strengthens our ability to support customers in medical, defense and industrial markets, where material selection, fabrication quality and repeatable performance are critical to finished component performance.
Based in St Louis Park, Minnesota, Flextech is a specialized foam fabricator, experienced in the design, development and manufacture of custom engineered foam components. The company’s capabilities include skiving, die cutting, lamination, compression moulding, vacuum forming and encapsulation moulding, supporting critical applications across medical and defense/personal protection markets.
With a focus on medical applications, the partnership provides our medical customers in North America with a clear route to specialized fabrication support for components used in products such as orthopaedic supports and bracing components, medical support and positioning, wearable medical device housings and medical device packaging.
Through the partnership, Flextech will also support defense-related personal protection markets in providing components to military tactical and law enforcement customers, where safety, comfort, durability and reliable in-service performance are mission-critical.
Additonally, Flextech supports industrial markets by providing custom fabricated or thermoformed insulation components, gaskets and seals, protective packaging and case inserts.
Our recently launched Global Approved Partner Programme provides a structured framework for working with select fabricators, distributors and specialist partners across Europe, North America and Asia. It is designed to strengthen service delivery across markets and applications, giving customers a clear and reliable route to partners that meet our stringent technical and commercial standards.
Flextech’s appointment reflects Zotefoams industry-led approach to partner selection. By working with specialist fabricators in priority sectors, the programme is designed to help customers access the right combination of material performance, fabrication knowledge and regional support.
