Zotefoams has appointed Leighton Buzzard-based Polyformes as an Approved Fabricator for EMEA under the company’s Global Approved Partner Programme.
The appointment strengthens Zotefoams capability in engineered industrial packaging, with a particular focus on protective foam inserts, trays and case solutions for high-value equipment, tools, technical components and defence-related applications where product protection, identification and reliable handling are critical.
Polyformes, part of Macfarlane Packaging since 2024, is one of Europe’s largest polyethylene (PE) foam converters and a specialist manufacturer, supplier and converter of high-performance foam products. With more than four decades of experience, the business provides bespoke foam packaging, trays and inserts, engineered parts, cases, bags and boxes for customers across industrial and technical markets.
Polyformes brings advanced converting capability, including machining, moulding, thermoforming, waterjet cutting, splitting, skiving, printing, die cutting, laser engraving and bespoke flight case making. This capability enables technical foam materials to be converted into precision-engineered packaging and component solutions for applications where equipment protection, repeatable fit and durability are critical.
