We have appointed Technifab as our first US Approved Fabricator for aerospace under our Global Approved Partner Programme, marking an important strategic step as we expand the programme into North America.
We have worked with Technifab for more than 20 years across aerospace applications including flex hoses, ECS ducting and window seals. Now, formalising our relationship through the programme provides our customers with a clearer route to approved fabrication support in a strategically important market.
Based in Avon, Ohio, Technifab brings specialist aerospace manufacturing capability and experience in fabricating high-performance foam components for demanding applications. Their appointment will strengthen how we support customers in North America by combining our advanced foam materials with approved regional fabrication expertise.
Our recently launched Global Partner Programme provides a structured framework for working with select fabricators, distributors and specialist partners across Europe, North America and Asia. It is designed to strengthen our service delivery across markets and applications, giving our customers a clear and reliable route to partners that meet Zotefoams stringent technical and commercial standards.
Through our work together to date, Zotefoams materials have supported lighter-weight aerospace applications where repeatable performance matters. Technifab has worked with ZOTEK® F to produce complex aerospace components that support original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements around weight, performance and manufacturability.
The announcement marks an early North American milestone for Zotefoams Global Partner Programme and signals how the company intends to work more closely with specialist partners across priority aerospace markets.
