Before joining Zotefoams, Simon built a distinguished career in senior financial leadership across multiple complex industries. He held key roles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Redhall Group PLC, Icon Polymer Ltd., and RLC Engineering Group Ltd., contributing strategic financial leadership in industrial, polymer, and aerospace sectors. He was also Group Financial Controller at Card Factory PLC until 2023.

With this breadth of experience, Simon brings a proven track record in guiding strategy, integrating business performance insights, and enabling robust decision-making frameworks that drive sustainable growth and strategic clarity across highly dynamic and technical markets.
