Experience

Dan Lumpkin joined Zotefoams in June 2022 as Managing Director, North America. He leads operations from key facilities in Walton, Kentucky, and Tulsa, Oklahoma overseeing all aspects of regional responsibility, from production and distribution to customer experience and strategic engagement. Dan’s focus is on expanding capabilities to deliver premium foams in new forms, with shorter lead times, and consistently high-quality output.

Prior to Zotefoams, Dan held senior leadership roles in manufacturing and materials businesses. He was Vice President of Operations at Pregis Corporation, a leader in packaging and protective solutions, where he drove operational excellence, scaled capacity, and improved supply chain performance. Earlier in his career, Dan worked at GE Aviation, gaining experience in highly technical, regulated manufacturing environments and developing a strong foundation in process discipline, quality, and team leadership.

Across his career, Dan has built a reputation for strengthening customer partnerships, leading organisational growth, and delivering operational improvements that enhance both service quality and profitability.
