An FCIPD-qualified professional, she has held roles where she delivered organisational transformation, led cultural and performance change programmes, and developed people strategies to support business growth in complex, multi-site operations. Her experience includes driving employee engagement in challenging environments, building capability through talent development programmes, and aligning HR strategy with commercial and operational objectives at both regional and international levels.

Throughout her career, Clare has been recognised for her ability to influence at executive level, instil strong values, and lead initiatives that embed high-performance cultures. Her breadth of experience across different industries equips her with the insight to translate people priorities into business outcomes and to deliver long-term value through effective leadership of the HR agenda.
