The simultaneous appointments — covering kristoFOAM Industries, Worldwide Foam and Ramfoam — strengthen the Zotefoams Approved Partner network across North America and Europe, with distribution speed, fabrication depth and Europe’s largest cross-linked polyethylene foam stockholding
Manufacturers across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe now have a formally approved, locally supported route to Zotefoams advanced foam materials. kristoFOAM Industries, Worldwide Foam and Ramfoam — each part of the Jacobs & Thompson (J&T) family of companies — have joined the Zotefoams Global Approved Partner Programme, giving customers a clear and reliable route to partners that meet Zotefoams’ technical and commercial standards.
The three appointments reflect the depth of J&T’s existing relationship with Zotefoams:
- kristoFOAM Industries, based in Concord, Ontario, has one of the longest standing relationships within the Zotefoams network, dating back over 50 years. The company is a precision foam moulder operating a proprietary hybrid compression and fusion moulding process to produce complex moulded components for some of the most demanding applications in North America. kristoFOAM’s customers span automotive Tier 1 suppliers — including BMW, Ford, General Motors and Tesla — military and defense, electronics, UAV platforms and medical, with products ranging from NVH gaskets and seals to MIL-SPEC protective packaging and ESD solutions.
- Worldwide Foam, North America’s fastest-growing closed-cell foam supplier, has been a Zotefoams Platinum Distributor since 2018, operating seven locations across Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky, California, Canada and Mexico, with an 8-million board foot inventory and guaranteed one-day lead times.
- Ramfoam, headquartered in the West Midlands in the UK, is Europe’s largest supplier of cross-linked polyethylene foam, with extensive experience in foam conversion, stockholding and application-led packaging support across sectors including healthcare, construction, electronics, aerospace, defence and conservation. A sister operation, Ramfoam Containers Manufacturing, based in Dubai, extends J&T’s foam conversion and distribution capability into the Middle East.
While Worldwide Foam distributes Zotefoams raw materials across North America, kristoFOAM and Ramfoam convert and mould those materials into finished components and products, a distinction that reflects the breadth of capability now within the Global Approved Partner Programme.
Each appointment brings a long-standing materials relationship within Zotefoams’ structured framework for quality, technical support and customer service standards.
kristoFOAM holds IATF 16949 certification for automotive applications, ISO certification for military and defence, and TISAX certification for automotive information security, with a Controlled Goods / ITAR certification pending in 2026. Components are produced to OEM specifications or MIL-SPEC standards, depending on the application.
Meanwhile, Worldwide Foam’s appointment to the Global Approved Partner Programme comes as the company adds an in-house ASTM D3575-certified testing lab to service customers needing further insight to North American standards and requirements.
Zotefoams materials are used by globally recognised manufacturers including Boeing, Airbus and Nike in applications where consistent performance, weight reduction and durability are non-negotiable. Through the Global Approved Partner Programme, all three J&T partners give customers direct access to those materials, supported by local stockholding, processing capability and the technical expertise to specify them correctly for end-use applications.
Partners in the Zotefoams Global Approved Partner Programme are assessed against defined criteria covering quality systems, market reach, stockholding, customer support and alignment with Zotefoams’ technical and commercial standards.
