Background:

Mark Nauglebaugh’s journey at Zotefoams started in 2003 when he joined Zotefoams an Inventory Supervisor. From day one, Mark’s strong work ethic and problem-solving skills made him stand out. Over the years, he has grown within the company, taking on new challenges and responsibilities, and becoming a key player in operations.

In 2005, Mark was promoted to Logistics and Inventory Supervisor, where his role continued to grow, and by 2006 he was learning the ropes of planning, while working closely with a former Director of Engineering. This mentorship set him up to take on more responsibilities and shaped his future with the company.

In 2019, Mark was promoted to Planning and Inventory Manager and now he is the “go-to person” for planning and ERP AX Utilisation.

“Mark was a crucial part of our ERP system rollout and has travelled to Zotefoams’ HQ in Croydon several times to help train teams. His deep knowledge of the AX system has made him an invaluable resource, and he is always ready to share his expertise with the team,” says Melissa Ownbey, Head of Human Resources in Walton.

“Beyond his technical expertise, Mark has been a key leader in our Safety and LEAN Committees. Mark’s leadership has made a real difference in creating a culture of continuous improvement.”

While working at Zotefoams, the company also supported Mark to completed a MBA and his skills have made him an even stronger leader.

“Mark’s expertise is not just limited to planning and logistics; he is known for his vast knowledge of materials, equipment, processes, and warehouse inventory and this is a big reason why he is so highly regarded in the Walton community,’ says Melissa.

“I like many things about working for Zotefoams. I think working with an exceptional team of varying personalities is particularly exciting. The goals we strive to achieve can test our limits, but there is so much satisfaction from knowing we are all working to make it together. I know every day that I make a difference for the people I work with and Zotefoams. I like what I see happening.”

What do you like to do when you are not working?

“I enjoy concerts, plays, sporting events, beach vacations, and Disney World. I also enjoy family events and Christmas traditions with family.”
