Experience

Prior to joining Zotefoams, Simon built a career as an executive operations leader in highly technical medical, chemical, and industrial markets, holding senior positions with full global P&L responsibility in organisations with sales exceeding £100m. He has extensive experience in shaping business strategy and transforming performance across complex, multi-site operations and supply chains of over 700 people, as well as leading B2B commercial organisations generating more than £30m in sales.

Recognised for his ability to deliver across diverse challenges, Simon has scaled start-ups to commercial success, executed turnarounds in underperforming businesses, and driven step-change improvements in culture and performance. His leadership track record includes building high-performing teams, embedding operational discipline, and delivering sustainable improvements in profitability and customer service across international markets.

Responsibilities

• The delivery and growth of the North America & EMEA region across our regional and global customer base from our manufacturing sites in the US, UK, Poland and China.
• Our global focus on ensuring the health and safety of everyone at Zotefoams
• The continuous improvement and global efficiency of our Global Supply Chain functions incorporating Quality, Procurement and New Product Introduction (NPI)
