Highly skilled in corporate reporting, Board and Committee operations, shareholder engagement, UK Market Abuse Regulations, and the design and oversight of robust risk, compliance and ESG frameworks.
Experience
Emma brings deep experience as a senior company secretarial professional, having supported boards and executive teams across listed company environments. Prior to joining Zotefoams, she served as Group Company Secretary at Debenhams Group, where she led governance activities and oversaw an FCA-regulated subsidiary. Her background spans corporate reporting, effective Board and Committee governance, shareholder engagement and the application of UK MAR, with a strong focus on embedding high standards of transparency, integrity and regulatory compliance aligned to business strategy.
