Zotefoams products are used in ways that reduce emissions and conserve scarce resources.

These include thermal insulation, and lightweight packaging to protect products in transit and replace heavier alternative materials.

Natural nitrogen-based process

Our core high-pressure autoclave foaming process uses nitrogen borrowed from the atmosphere.

Energy and raw material become the only environmental impact.

We develop lighter, more efficient, less wasteful, longer life products – including the world’s lightest closed cell crosslinked foam.
